Therapy Services in Maine

Therapy looks different for everyone. You may feel overwhelmed or stuck, worried about your teen, struggling in your relationship, or simply realizing something in your life needs to change.

I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout Maine for adults, teens, couples, and families. Choose the area below that best fits what you're looking for.

Adult Therapy:

You may be holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck underneath. Adult therapy can help you understand what's happening and why, recognize patterns that aren't working anymore, and develop practical tools for creating meaningful change.

Teen Therapy:

The teen years can bring anxiety, strong emotions, school pressure, changing friendships, family conflict, and questions about identity and independence. Therapy gives teens a supportive place to understand what they're experiencing and develop healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward.

Couples Therapy:

Sometimes, couples still love each other but have lost the ability to reach each other. Couples therapy can help you understand what's underneath repeating conflicts, communicate differently, rebuild trust, and create a stronger sense of connection.

How do I know if I need therapy?

You don't have to wait until things become unbearable. If something isn't working the way you want it to, you're feeling stuck, or you'd like support understanding or changing something in your life, that's enough reason to reach out.

What if I don't know what to talk about?

That's okay. You don't need to arrive with the perfect words or even know exactly what you need. Part of therapy can be figuring that out together.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. All sessions are provided through secure telehealth for clients located in Maine.

That depends on the child's or teen's age, needs, comfort with virtual sessions, and ability to participate effectively through telehealth—which is consistent with what your Teen page already explains.
